Only the latter carries a charge \u2013 $.99, the minimum Amazon will allow.<\/p>\n<div class=\"entry\">\n<p>This year&#8217;s revisions include description of a number of changes in <em>The Bluebook<\/em>&#8216;s approach to core citation issues reflected in its 2015 edition, flagging\u00a0those that lack\u00a0any basis in the writing of lawyers and judges. As is true every year, the tables and pages identifying and illustrating jurisdiction-specific citation norms for cases, statutes, and regulations have been carefully audited and, where necessary, updated.<\/p>\n<p>Aimed at\u00a0those who write as practicing legal professionals or are learning to do so, this resource leaves coverage of the distinctive format requirements and myriad potential sources cited in academic writing to <em>The Bluebook<\/em>\u00a0(BB) and <em>ALWD Guide to Legal Citation<\/em>. \u00a0It contains\u00a0detailed information on how judges and lawyers cite core legal materials in each of the fifty states and the District of Columbia, furnishing\u00a0examples, but none on how to cite statutes and regulations of the Czech Republic (BB at 353) or decisions of France&#8217;s Conseil d&#8217;\u00c9tat (BB 359).<\/p>\n<p>As was true in years past, the revision process unearthed a number of policy issues that deserve\u00a0discussion\u00a0here.
